What Data We Hold
At SK Martial Arts Academy, the only personal data we may hold about you is information you voluntarily sent us via WhatsApp when inquiring about our martial arts classes. This may include:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- The content of your messages to us
We do not hold any other personal data. We do not have databases, accounts, or profiles for website visitors.
How to Request Data Deletion
Submit Your Deletion Request
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your name and the phone number you used to contact us via WhatsApp so we can locate your data.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request, and we will notify you once it's done.
What Happens After Deletion
Once we process your deletion request:
- Your WhatsApp conversation history with us will be deleted from our devices
- Any notes we may have taken about your inquiry will also be removed
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Please note: deletion from our end does not affect your own WhatsApp messages or data held by WhatsApp / Meta on their own servers. For that, please refer to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
