Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for training packages purchased at SK Martial Arts Academy. All payments are made in person — in cash or by card (POS) — at our locations. We do not process any payments through this website.

1. No Online Payments

SK Martial Arts Academy does not accept or process payments through this website. All fees for classes and training packages are paid directly at our Mohandessin or Dokki locations, either in cash or by credit/debit card using our in-person POS terminal. This website is for information purposes only.

2. How Refunds Are Calculated

If a client wishes to cancel their enrollment and requests a refund, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the value of the sessions already attended from the total amount paid:

  • The price per session is determined by dividing the total package price by the total number of sessions included in that package.
  • The value of the sessions the client has already taken is subtracted from the total amount paid.
  • The remaining balance is refunded to the client.

Example: a client purchases a package of 10 sessions and attends 3 sessions before requesting a refund. The refund is calculated as the total amount paid minus the value of those 3 attended sessions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us directly at one of our locations or reach out via WhatsApp or email. Refund requests are handled in person and settled the same way the original payment was made (cash or card), whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, one-time trial sessions, and sessions already attended are not refundable. Only the unused, remaining portion of a paid package is eligible for a refund under this policy.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as promptly as possible. Cash refunds are typically issued on the spot; card refunds may take a few business days to reflect, depending on the client's bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
